Request for Tender TVP24/23: General Building Maintenance and Roof Repairs

The Town of Victoria Park invites Tenders from suitably experienced vendors or maintenance contractors to maintain the council’s properties and buildings. The scope includes general maintenance services of premises and includes roof repairs. The offered contract period is 36 months.

Clarification of Tender details must be in writing and sought via the contact officer, before 2pm, Friday 18 October 2024.

The deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Thursday 24 October 2024.

A briefing session will be hosted by officers from the Town on Monday 14 October 2024 at 10am at Leisurelife, 248 Gloucester Street, East Victoria Park WA 6101.

Vendors wishing to be considered for this work must attend the briefing session.

Responses submitted by facsimile, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late Tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential respondent canvassing Town of Victoria Park officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the Tender process.
