Provide a copy of the marketing plan or materials used. Please note, this award is not open to marketing professionals.

Provide details on what your tourism or hospitality offering is, and how it is unique in the market. Demonstrate how it has contributed to the local and/or wider tourism or hospitality industry.

Provide details on how you make sure your services are valued and paid appropriately when there is not a specific product exchange. This may be through ways such as providing unique solutions or services, identifying your target audience and strengths, or building customer relationships etc.

Demonstrate how your business has had a positive effect on the local community. Describe your involvement with the community, including any economic and social benefits this has provided to them and your business.
Global Drone Solutions Excellence in Innovation
Demonstrate how your business has innovated or responded to market changes. This may be through adapting business processes, developing unique technology, delivering innovative solutions or pivoting your business model.
John Hughes Excellence in Retail
Demonstrate how your retail business has built and maintained a strong brand reputation. What strategies have you employed to foster customer loyalty and repeat business?
