55+ in the park

55+ in the Park is a collaborative project between the Town of Victoria Park, Connect Victoria Park, Harold Hawthorne Community Centre and SwanCare and is supported by the Department of Communities through the Age-friendly Communities Innovation and Implementation Grants Program.

The project connects people aged 55+ and community through

  • a community directory
  • a local service provider network
  • celebration events.

55+ in the Park Community Directory is a handbook of community groups and services for people aged 55 and over in the Town of Victoria Park.

Printed versions of the community directory are available from the Town's administration centre and library.
