Postnatal Fitness Program

Sessions are designed for optimal postnatal fitness and include low-impact cardio, pelvic floor exercises and practical resistance training.

Individual’s needs and fitness levels are catered for.

Come and exercise with your bub (10wk–9mo bubs) and be excited at the improvements each week.


Term 1 dates

5 February – 11 April 2025

Class Times

8 Week Term - $72 per term

10:00am - 10:40am

10:50am - 11:30am (hybrid class - mix of post-natal and family fitness aged children)

10 Week Term - $90 per term

10:00am - 10:40am

10:50am - 11:30am (hybrid class - mix of post-natal and family fitness aged children)
