Draft Local Planning Policy No.39 ‘Tree Retention’ and No.45 ‘Tree Planting for Non-Residential Development’

Council hereby gives notice that at its meeting on 19 November 2024 it resolved to endorse draft Local Planning Policy No.39 ‘Tree Retention’ and No.45 ‘Tree Planting for Non-Residential Development’ for the purpose of public advertising.

A copy of the draft policies is available on the Town of Victoria Park’s website at www.yourthoughts.victoriapark.wa.gov.au and hard copies are available for viewing at the Town’s Administration Centre (99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park) and the Library (27 Sussex Street, East Victoria Park) during business hours.

Submissions on the draft policies can be lodged either online through the Town’s website or in writing to the Town of Victoria Park, Locked Bag No.437, Victoria Park WA 6979 on or before 19 December 2024.
