Join us at our first ever Harmony Week Picnic as we celebrate the many cultures that make our Town great!
Harmony Week is a time to recognise and celebrate the diversity that brings Australians together, and what better way to do that than by watching traditional Chinese lion dancers, Brazilian drummers and Brazilian Capoeira as the sun sets on Rayment Park?
IlPanzerotto and Braza Churros will also be on deck, serving authentic Italian street food and saucy Brazilian sweets.
The full range of entertainment includes:
- A Lion Dance with Yaolin Kung Fu Association
- Brazilian drums with Bassonovas
- Brazilian Capoeira with Ancestrais Capoeira
- Nikki Agostino from Little Miss Squeezebox with her piano accordion.
Limited seating will be available, so we encourage you to get into the picnic spirit by bringing your own rugs and chairs.
All are welcome – this fabulous, free, family-friendly event is one you don't want to miss.
Please note street parking is limited, using public transport or walking to this event is recommended.
