Pay-by-Phone Parking Apps
Want to save money, avoid parking tickets, and never have to use a parking machine again?
PayStay and EasyPark, two of Australia’s most popular parking payment apps, are now in operation across the Town, with all paid parking areas available using the same zone codes in both apps.
Paying for parking with an app means you don’t have to deal with parking ticket machines and you can extend your parking session at any time from your phone, so you’ll never overpay.
Parkers in the Town also have the option of paying directly by card at a solar-powered parking meter, which is cashless, paperless and does not require an app or smartphone.
One 30-minute session of free parking is available in any paid parking location within the Town (once per vehicle, per day), and many locations such as the Town leisure centres provide longer periods of free parking.
Each app has its own fee structure and usage terms - please check the Terms and Conditions before downloading and using the app.
How to use EasyPark
- Download the Easypark app from your phone's app store.
- Register your car’s details and add a payment method (you can register multiple cars if you often swap vehicles).
- When you park – just open the app, confirm your parking location, ensure you record the correct registration and vehicle, and start your parking session.
- You can extend or finish your parking session at any time from your phone.

How to use PayStay
- Download the PayStay app from your phone's app store.
- Register your car’s details and add a payment method (you can register multiple cars if you often swap vehicles). You can also register through the PayStay Call Centre on 1300 322 111.
- When you park – just open the app, confirm your parking location, ensure you record the correct registration and vehicle, and start your parking session.
- You can extend or finish your parking session at any time from your phone.

- Scan the QR code at the parking meter and follow the instructions to pay without registration (using PayStay Guest)
