REQUEST FOR TENDER TVP/24/08 - Supply & Lease of Printers

The Town of Victoria Park (“Town”) invites Tenders from suitably experienced vendor/s to supply and lease printers to the Town for a period of 36 months. Vendors must showcase their capabilities, qualifications, and experience in the provision of all materials, labour, equipment, ongoing service / maintenance / support, warranties, and training necessary to support the proposed arrangement. 

Tender documents are available via https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/ from 15^th November 2024.

Clarification of Tender details must be in writing and sought via the contact officer, before 2:00pm, 29^th  November 2024.

Tenders must be submitted via https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), 6^th December 2024.

Responses submitted by facsimile, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late Tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential respondent canvassing Town of Victoria Park Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the Tender process.
