In March 2024 the Town was once again recognised as a Tree City of the World by the Arbor Day Foundation, one of only four cities recognised in WA.
The recognition came as a result of our commitment to create a better environment by planting more trees and increasing the Town's canopy cover through our Urban Forest Programs.
To mark this special occasion, we have raised our Tree Cities of the World flag out the front of our Administration building, located at 99 Shepperton Road.
The Town has been a proud Tree City of the World since 2021, and we aim to continue this for years to come.
