Wellbeing Series Screenings : The Resilience Project

Tuesday 17th December 2024

You're not alone if you find the holiday season tough. Many people feel a mix of emotions during this time.

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity. It is a necessary skill for coping with life's inevitable obstacles and one the key ingredients to success. Having resilience minimises the effect that negative, stressful situations can have on us. These skills allow us to face challenges, learn from them and apply these skills so we can live a healthy life.

The topics covered will be: Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness, Emotional Literacy, Healthy Habits and Positive Emotion.

We have embraced The Resilience Project so we can all learn how to be mentally and spiritually healthy. Come and join us and watch the screenings of the Digital Wellbeing Series.
