5.2023.221.1 - 20A Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain (Closed)


In 2015 the Council issued development approval for a Home Occupation at the above address for a graphic design business with there being two employees (one full-time and one part-time) in addition to the occupant of the premises. Subsequent amended approvals were issued in 2016 and 2017.

 

Condition 2 of the 2016 approval states as follows :

 

“Car parking in relation to the Home Occupation (Graphic Design) business including employee parking is to be wholly contained within the site during operational times.”

 

The Town has received an application to amend the previous development approvals by reducing the number of employees to one staff member (in addition to the occupant of the premises) and to delete condition 2 of the 2016 approval.
