The Town has received a development application for Outbuilding Addition to a Single House at the above-mentioned property.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following:

  • Length of Boundary Wall – The proposed outbuilding and existing dwelling boundary wall(s) to the south eastern boundary proposed to have an aggregate wall length of 13.0 metres. The State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes Volume 1 (R-Codes) permits a boundary wall of a maximum length of 11.47 metres.

Please note variations to the above requirement(s) will be considered based on the merits of the case, and with regard to the relevant design principles and any comments received from nearby affected landowner(s) and occupier(s).
