In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following:

Primary Street Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum street setback of 3.0 metres from Lake View Street. The application proposes a 2.35 metres minimum setback to Lake View Street.
ROW Setback – Council’s Local Planning Policy – Streetscape requires a minimum setback of 6.0 metres from the centreline of the right-of-way. The application proposes a 5.0 metre minimum setback from the centreline of the right-of-way.

Please note that the above mentioned matters will be considered based on the merits of the case, and with regard to the relevant design principles and any comments received from nearby affected landowner(s) and occupier(s).
