The Town has received an application to amend a Development Approval for Motor Vehicle and Marine Sales Premise at the above-mentioned property.

 

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following:

 

  • Additional Use – A Motor Vehicle and Marine Sales Premise at the subject site was previously approved by Council, subject to conditions.

Conditions of approval include that the land use is temporary and must cease within ten (10) years of the original approval unless granted further approval by the Town.

 The current proposal seeks to amend the conditions of approval, extending the temporary land use until December 2032.
