In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – “Community Consultation on Planning Proposals”, you are invited to comment on the following:

  • Building Height - Proposed Tower A has a maximum building height of 26 storeys, which exceeds the maximum building height of 19 storeys. Proposed Tower B has a building height of 18 storeys.

Other aspects of the proposal (that are also open to being commented on) are detailed in the applicant’s Planning Report which can be viewed in the attachments side bar.

NOTE: The documents provided by the applicant refers to Towers A and B as having heights of 25 and 17 storeys respectively, rather than 26 and 18 storeys. This difference stems from differing interpretations of the term 'storey', with the Town's interpretation including the services level atop each tower.
