Natalie’s leadership and engineering history reflects a wide range of experience across different sectors in domestic and international projects. For over 25 years she has lead multi-discipline and multi-consultant design teams focussing on Federal, State and Local Government capital works projects, infrastructure, renewable energy projects, urban development works, health facilities, defence facilities, and custodial facilities.
She has been responsible for transforming teams and delivering results with a humanistic approach, demonstrating that putting people first makes good business sense. At the heart of her approach is to foster and maintain relationships that are built on trust and high standards. With a focus on the creation and maintenance of strong working relationships Natalie strives to ensure that her teams and project objectives have the best chances of success.
